  1. Form your LLC

    Provide your existing LLC’s legal name, EIN, and formation documents, or ask us to form an LLC for you. For a new practice, you give us the filing details and our team handles the state filing and EIN.

  2. Your bank account

    Link your business bank account and upload its bank verification letter. This is where insurers pay your practice and PreferNP collects its fee. The walkthrough includes banking options if you need an account.

  3. Register your practice

    Upload your licenses, board certificate, DEA registration, and malpractice insurance, and provide access to your CAQH profile. We verify your credentials, prepare your profile, and register your practice’s Type II NPI.

After setup: insurance credentialing

Once your CAQH profile is prepared, you review and attest to it in ProView, then record the date in your portal. Our team handles insurer applications, and you follow each insurer’s progress on the Credentials page. Each insurer works on its own timeline.
